Ⅲ, servo-sizing machine, shearing machine, transmission platform,
pneumatic discharging frame, hydraulic lift platform, discharging
platform, hydraulic system, and electro-pneumatic system.The main component of hydraulic system of this production line
applies high precision component parts from Taiwan. The electric control
is controlled full line by imported PLC program controller and touch
screen. The leveling main motor applies DC motor. The DC controller
applies the product from British Eurotherm company. Its characteristics
are high automaticity, good leveling quality, high shearing precision,
high production efficiency, steady and reliable performance and easy
operation and maintenance.
